Cancellation Policy
At Parlour Confessions, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments adjusted with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a No Show / Late Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
We deeply value your time and thoughtfully reserve each appointment. Last-minute changes often leave that time unable to be filled, which impacts both our team and other clients hoping to be seen.
